SENIOR CLUB RENEWAL

Print out the CMFC Membership Application and fill out all of your contact information 

Make a roster of your club members. Include their names, address, phone, email, and if they hold a board/officer position. 

The cost for a Senior Club Membership  $93. This includes membership for up to 10 members and one subscription to Music Club Magazines sent to the Club President.  If you have more than 10, you will need to pay an additional $3.00 for each member over 10. Additional Music Club Magazines are $7.

Make a check out for the correct amount payable to California Federation of Music Clubs (CFMC), and mail both your check and the application to Madeline Miller (Address located at the bottom of application)

Make sure your payment and application is postmarked before October 1st to avoid a $10 late fee. Applications will not be accepted after November 1st.
