Lifetime Individual Membership

Membership Instructions

All individual memberships applications can be completed and paid for through the National Website, or you can download the form and mail your completed form and  payment to the national office. (Make checks payable and mail to National Federation of Music Clubs, 1646 W Smith Valley Road, Greenwood, IN 46142)

1. Click on the link above, or go to www.nfmc-music.org then click on membership, and select the option to become an individual member.

2. Under the plan drop down list, you will need to select your membership that applies to you. (Life, Subscriber, Donor, Patron, or Cradle Roll)

3. Once you select the membership the unit cost will automatically appear.

4. Enter the member's name and quantity as 1.

5. Enter your payment amount, billing information, and your credit card or electronic check information

6. Once completed, check your email for your payment  receipt, you may need to check your spam folder. Save this as proof of payment.

*After your membership is paid, it may take time for our state to be notified. Please contact Madeline Miller if you have any questions.
